Remove both Fattyheads from wrapper and thaw at room temperature for 5 minutes. Slip knife between layers and slowly separate. If Fattyhead should break apart, just let it thaw a bit and reshape. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Keep Fattyhead on parchment to bake. A metal tray works best, slotted or not. Depending on your oven, bake about 15 minutes. It will look darker than traditional crust! Optional: cut into fourths before baking for crispier edges. The left half shows the top of crust and the right half shows the bottom.
Wait 2 minutes before removing parchment paper, nice and easy. Now it's ready to eat as flatbread or make a pizza. Be sure any meat is precooked. Lightly top with sauce, cheese, and toppings then reheat until cheese is melted. Let cool 5-7 minutes to allow crust to firm up, or get a fork and dig right in! Woohoo...bonafide pizza is back!
