How to Bake Your Fattyhead. Scroll Down For More.
Did you order Shipped Restaurant Pizza from our partner, Old Shawnee Pizza? Feel free to cut in
half or quarters before baking, pull slightly apart, and enjoy those crispier edges as well!

Step One

Separate Those Two!

Remove both Fattyheads from wrapper and thaw at room temperature for 5 minutes. Slip knife between layers and slowly separate. If Fattyhead should break apart, just let it thaw a bit and reshape. It's dough! Channel those Play-Doh days! Now's your chance to shape into breadsticks, french fries, crackers & more! Scroll down to see

how.

Step Two

That's Hot!

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Keep Fattyhead on parchment to bake. A metal tray works best, slotted or not. Depending on your oven, bake about 15 minutes. It will look darker than traditional crust! Optional: cut into fourths before baking for crispier edges. The left half shows the top of crust and the right half shows the bottom.

Smells Good!

Step Three

Cool It!

Wait 2 minutes before removing parchment paper, nice and easy. Now it's ready to eat as flatbread or make a pizza. Be sure any meat is precooked. Lightly top with sauce, cheese, and toppings then reheat until cheese is melted. Let cool 5-7 minutes to allow crust to firm up, or get a fork and dig right in! Woohoo...bonafide pizza is back!

Bon Appetit!
Or forgeddabout the pan!

Another way to add crisp to your crust is to abandon the pan altogether, but you must use a larger sheet of parchment paper compared to what comes inside your package. You don't want all that cheesy goodness slipping through the cracks of your oven rack. Flipping is optional, too. It’s best to let your hot Fattyhead cool down before flipping, then put it back for as much browning as you like. Remember, this is no wheat crust! It can get much darker, similar to that lovely layer of browned cheese atop lasagna. And if you're turning your Fattyhead into a pizza, always bake it before adding the toppings. You got this!

Critical Tip:

When rolling FH, always use parchment paper under and on top of dough!

Sandwich Wrap

Press Fattyhead slightly thinner and shave a couple minutes off the baking time. Cool, remove from parchment paper, then heat in microwave BRIEFLY to make it pliable. Try 10 seconds and go from there. Add your filling, roll it up, and eat!

Bagels

Cut one Fattyhead into quarters and let thaw. Roll into a snake-like shape and make a circle, leaving a quarter-sized hole in middle. Add Everything Bagel Seasoning, then bake per instructions. Makes 4 bagels.

Crackers

Keeping Fattyhead between 2 sheets of parchment paper, roll it slightly thinner. Bake per instructions, cool, then break into bite-sized crackers. Or to use cookie cutters, thaw, roll thinner, then refreeze before cutting so the dough does not stick.

Breadsticks

Thaw fattyhead, with your palm, roll into a snake-like shape about the width of your finger, then twist or braid, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle on garlic, dried parsley and parmesan. Bake per instructions. Let cool 2 minutes before removing parchment paper.

French Fries!

Next to pizza, French Fries may be the most missed food on keto and low carb ways of eating. Veggie chips can be a delish substitute but if you want the look and feel of a dippable fry, how about Fattyhead Faux Fries? Here's how:

1. Stack fattyhead two layers thick and bake on parchment paper at 400 for 8 minutes.

2. Cool, brush top with egg, parsley, parmesan or you own spice choice.

3. Slice into french fry shape.

4. Bake 10-12 more minutes.

5. Dip away!

                     Anticipation!
