These mini bagels are the same weight as the mini 6" pizza crusts, as our cheese and almond flour based dough is very filling and they pair perfectly with an egg or sausage patty for convenient quick meals!  Slice and heat in oven if you desire a crisp bagel, or heat in microwave for about 15 seconds if you prefer a soft texture. This item is shelf stable at room temperature for 6-7 days and therefore do not ship cold but are vacuum sealed for safety. Please allow 2 weeks for shipping.
