We've added a small amount of xantham gum to bind ingredients in this thin crust and to provide just a hint of crunch. Please consider original almond flour Fattyhead if you want to achieve a crispier crust.
 
PIZZA INSTRUCTIONS: Place FHZ on perforated metal pizza pan (no need to thaw), spread sauce & cheese to edge, add toppings, bake at 425 for 12-16 minutes. Due to cheese content, crust may be soft directly out of oven. Cool 5 min then run spatula under entire crust before slicing. Adjust bake time if needed. Because this crust is primarily cheese and eggs, leftover pizza is tricky to heat up. A VERY short reheat in microwave is possible to make it warm, but NOT hot, as it will become soft.  
 
Because these are baked and shelf stable at room temperature for up to 6 days, they do not ship cold but are vacuum sealed for added protection. Upon receipt, store in freezer. Please allow 2 weeks for shipping.
